Candyrice: Linux rice

A few pretty UI components, mostly configured with EWW and bash scripts.
Still under develeopment. Might make it look almost like an entirely new desktop environment one day.
This is supposed to work work with almost any Linux distro and WN/DE with X11, with minor changes if needed.
